Dec03 (see mthly detail) was significantly lower than 02,
Oct 03 was double Oct02, evening out contrib for Q4 making
it comparable to 02.
2003 proceeded pretty smoothly. We updated our credit card
processing software (referred to as POS) which runs a little
faster. Currently have ~75-80 monthly recurring contributions
which total ~$2k in contributions. And there are about 15
or so recurring quarterlies which average $1k.
I continue to do all of the bookkeeping tasks associated
with money coming in and money going out; and hope that the
former always exceeds the latter. :-) I generate monthly Operating
& Balance statements. They are exported to excel, cleaned
up a bit, and posted on the shared drive, so they're accessible
at any time. Additionally, various board members receive financials
and/or specific numbers as they have requested. Please let
me know if you would like to get on this list.
This year, 2004, I have started reconciling member contributions
in QuickBooks to Raisers Edge which is something not previously
done. So far so good. I also entered quite a few of the 2004
pledges into constituent records. The current 2004 PLEDGEd
amount is $103,463. About 35% of this has been paid between
12/02 - 3/31/04.
