Valentine’s Day (Feb. 14th)
KidTalk: Connecting Kids to Unitarian Universalism and Each Other

This popular holiday probably takes its name from one (or both) of two Christian St. Valentines who sacrificed themselves for love. But it probably has its origins in pre-Christian holidays that involved pairing up young men and women.

This site has interesting material on history and traditions of Valentines day, but kind of annoying music.

Various good stuff, including poems and recipes.
